Which payment methods are accepted by Apid Tech?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Bank ACH. Invoices are sent to you via email. Apid Tech does not currently accept physical checks.
What is the minimum booking duration for services?
The current minimum booking is 60 minutes.
How long has Apid Tech been in business?
We have successfully served individuals and small businesses since 2020 by leveraging a team of seasoned IT and Product professionals passionate about the ethical application of technology to solve problems creatively.
Will I need to pay for services before or after they are performed?
Apid Tech will email you an invoice for smaller projects and requests once your service appointment has been completed. For larger projects and requests, a member of our office staff will work with you to figure out the appropriate payment arrangements, such as interval progress payments and deposits. NET terms are available on a case-by-case basis.
Are on-premises services available?
While most services are provided remotely, on-premises services may be provided on a case-by-case basis if your project or request requires an on-site visit. Additional fees will apply.
Are weekend or after-hours services available?
After-hours services may be provided on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees will apply.
Does Apid Tech provide services to Non-Profit organizations?
Yes, the Apid Tech team has helped a number of non-profits since 2020.
